I've been listening to a podcast by Dr. Robert Puff recently and it's called Happiness. The podcast itself is very helpful- He speaks about everything that we as people do to make our lives more difficult. How we set ourselves up for disappointment and what we can do differently. Anyhow, he is a practictioner of meditation and recommends everyone do it. I want to know if anyone has tips on how to meditate? I have tried and found it very difficult to sit still and I can't get my brain to quiet.
