New Years resolutions are fun and can definitely be motivating, but they can also have us making unrealistic and unattainable goals. The American Phycological Association has some tips for sticking with it
1. Start small
2. Change one behavior at a time.
3.Talk about it with family and friends.
4. Don't beat yourself up if you slip.
5. Ask for help.
