The group fitness craze has been popular for a several years now and it doesn't look like it's slowing down anytime soon. Orange Theory, crossfit, barre, yoga, and cycle studios have been popping up all over the country. The newest fitness studio to open up in Denver is Fierce 45 - a 45 minute workout class using one-of-a-kind resistance machines. On the flip side, larger luxury gyms are growing in popularity as well. With spa like locker rooms, child care and a sea of brand new machines and free weights it can seem like more of a retreat than just an hour at the gym.
