Aging Well Denver LLC (“Aging Well”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from users of our website (“Visitors”) located at [INSERT HYPERLINK] (“Site”), and Visitors who create an Account with us to access certain of our Services (“Members”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings given to them in our Terms and Conditions, located at [INSERT HYPERLINK].

User Consent.  By submitting Personal Data through our Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection.  As you use the Site, we collect information about you and the services you use. The Personal Data and Anonymous Data we collect falls into two different categories: (1) information you give us; and (2) information we collect from you automatically. “Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.

  1. Information You Provide to Us.

    • If you create an Account with us, we may collect Personal Data from you such as your email.

    • If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to respond to you or otherwise address your feedback or message.

    • We also collect other types of Personal Data that you provide to us voluntarily, such as certain requested information if you contact us via e-mail regarding support for the Services.

    • Please note that you can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit the features of the Site or Services you are able to use.

    • Please do not send us sensitive information such as medical or financial information.  Also, please note that any information you post in any public forum can be seen, disclosed to or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we cannot control or predict.

  2. We do not require Visitors to submit Personal Data to us while visiting the Site; however, we do require Visitors to submit Personal Data to use our interactive tools and to register for specific newsletters.

  1. Information Collected Automatically.

    • The information we may collect by automated means includes, but is not limited to, information on actions taken on the Site (such as page views and site navigation patterns).

    • We may also use cookies and URL information to gather data regarding the information for which you searched and that you viewed. A “Cookie” is a text file that websites send to a Visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the Visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. Persistent Cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions.

    • We may also use third party tracking services to track and analyze Anonymous Data from users of our Site.

    • Sponsors or advertisers on the Site may serve content and advertisements directly to you, and they may use their own cookies, web beacons or other online tracking technologies in the advertisements or sponsored links on the Site to collect Anonymous Data from you. While we generally permit the use of these third party cookies and web beacons, we do not control how third parties use cookies or web beacons or how they manage the Anonymous Data they gather through the use of these technologies on the Site.

We do not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. In addition, information made available through the Services may be protected by applicable privacy laws.
